The quondam cinema Helios is full of local and foreign design during DN festival. Local design schools and designers but also exhibitions from Sweden, Portugal and Israel present their design. The exhibition “No Randomness”, curated by Oscar Lhermitte from Belgium and first introduced at International Design Biennaale in Saint Etiennes at 2015, had over 200 000 visitors. There are altogether 14 exhibitions in Helios to see, the pop-up shop offering Estonian design and at the opening night also a café is open.
